I performed in a playwriting jam this year. We had to write, rehearse, and perform a play in 48 hours! Together with three co-conspirators, we managed to pull this incredibly challenging task off!
In addition to the time crunch, we also had to work in the line of dialog: "My anxiety didn't need this today!" Also! The script had to feature a cucumber as an important prop throughout the play.
We didn't ultimately win the competition, but we had a blast putting this crazy little play on.
